Energy Perfomance Certificate - £69.00
Periodic Electrical Inspection - £125.00 (up to four bedrooms)
Portable Appliance Test - £80.00
Legionella Risk Assessment - £100.00
(All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate)
Hourly fees apply to call-out and maintenance work without sending an estimator.
Example jobs include:
Unblocking a toilet
Clearing guttering
Replacing electrical sockets
Repairing broken windows
First hour £75.00 charged at £35.00 per half hour thereafter.

For large projects or when further work is needed. We’ll give a fixed price before starting.
