Our Full Management Plan distances Landlords from their tenants and offers peace of mind, knowing all management issues are dealt with professionally by us. You can relax in the knowledge that Lexingtons Property Management has everything covered; from securing high quality tenants, to maintaining your ever-changing legal obligations, to the day to day management of your tenants and your property.
We will monitor the receipt of your rent each month. You will then be issued with a statement and invoice showing your rental income and a breakdown of any expenses that you have incurred.
Interim inspections will be carried out at your property on a quarterly basis. A full inspection report will be provided.
New lettings legislation is updating constantly making it increasingly difficult for Landlords to comply. Even though some of the legislation is not ‘statutory’, if anything goes wrong, then you may still end up with a fine or imprisonment. We will ensure you are fully compliant.
We will make arrangements to resolve any maintenance issues that arise with the property. We only instruct fully qualified contractors that have all the correct indemnity insurances, all quotes and repairs will be agreed before proceeding.
You will be allocated a dedicated Property Manager with and extensive industry knowledge as a point of contact for both you as the Landlord and your tenant(s).
At the end of a tenancy a checkout will be arranged. We will meet the tenant(s) at the property and go through the inventory that they were given at the start of the tenancy. You will then be provided with full feedback of the checkout and this will establish if any dilapidations are to be made from the deposit
